I have forgotten my user name and / or password? >
If you have lost or forgotten your username and / or password, simply head over to our Forgotten Password page and enter the email address you registered your account with. You will then receive a response which includes the username registered to this email address, along with the option to reset your password.
I can’t find what I’m looking for? >
At the moment, only a limited range of products are available on Centriforce Direct. We plan to introduce more products to the store over coming months so please check back regularly, or drop us a message if you can’t find what you’re looking for using the enquiry box below.

If you already have an account with Centriforce Products, then please continue to place orders with us by email or telephone. Should you wish to place your orders online, please let us know and we’ll arrange to create an online account for you.

Can I place international orders? >
At the moment, the website is only configured to accept orders from the UK in Sterling [GBP]. We expect to open the website to international orders in additional currencies at a later date. Should you wish to buy any product listed on this website from outside of the UK, then please place an enquiry on us by telephone, email or the enquiry boxes below.
Placing orders & payment >
Orders placed on the site will automatically generate an order confirmation, despatch note and invoice following receipt of payment. Copy invoices can be obtained by logging into your account, or contacting email@example.com. As principally a 'business to business' website, all prices quoted exclude VAT which will be added on checkout. The site accepts VISA and Mastercard credit and debit cards.
Goods will normally be despatched next working day following receipt of order and payment assuming the material is in stock. Should the material not be available for immediate shipment, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Delivery will normally be made by next day courier for smaller consignments (up to 20kgs weight) or by freight for larger quantities. Our normal freight service is 3-4 working days. An express freight service is available for 1-2 day delivery at additional cost.
Should this be required then please make an additional note on your order and you will be contacted to advise of the additional costs involved. Please note that where no delivery instruction has been given and there is no one to receive the goods, a ‘redelivery charge’ will be applied
What are the delivery costs? >
A standard delivery charge of £9.95 is made for items ordered from the site unless the order exceeds £200 (before VAT). Some products incur an additional delivery charge which will be advised on the appropriate product page.
Please note that the standard delivery charge only applies to UK mainland postcodes and, as is common, deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands and other outlying, rural areas will incur an additional cost. Customers are invited to contact us direct for a specific delivery quote.

Any additional costs will be advised to the customer prior to shipment. Should this be unacceptable, then the customer will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund.
Cancellations cannot normally be accepted due to the costs involved in returning and restocking. Exceptional situations will be explored on a ‘case by case’ base, but is likely to involve an admin or restocking charge
Returns and refunds >
We aim to ensure that all goods provided on the website conform to the description and specification provided and will be supplied on a timely basis in accordance with our terms and conditions. Any items which have been modified or damaged or partially used cannot be accepted for return unless by prior agreement. Any faulty goods for return are subject to an acceptance agreement by Centriforce Products and must have a returns number/reference.
Centriforce cannot accept responsibility for goods returned by the customer which have not been received and proof of delivery is essential for any refunds or credits.
Products returned must be in their original condition and original packaging at date of purchase. Bespoke products cannot be returned.
Customers are liable for all collection / return charges for returned goods.
Refunds will normally be made within a few days of confirmed product return and definitely within 10 working days of receipt. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Availability and product performance >
All products are subject to availability. We aim to have all products sold on the site available for immediate despatch, but occasionally products may go out of stock and customers will be contacted with options including cancellation.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and colour references (where appropriate). Many products available on this site are subject to variation – particularly, but not exclusively, those produced from recycled feedstocks. Further information will be provided on the appropriate product page
